Design a flyer with your QR code baked in, then print it or post it to fill the room.
The Flyer Studio is a design canvas for advertising your games. You lay out text, images, shapes, and colors, drop in a QR code that points at your host site, and export the result as an image you can print for the bar wall or post to social.
It is built so a host can make a sharp-looking flyer without a design tool. Start with a blank canvas in the size you need, arrange your pieces, and the QR code makes sure anyone who sees it can reach your page in one scan.
Each flyer starts as a named canvas in a chosen shape. The default aspect is 4:5, which suits a social feed post; pick the shape that fits where the flyer will live, whether that is a printed poster or a phone screen. You then open the editor and design on the canvas directly.
The studio generates a QR code that points at your host site address. Baking it into the flyer means anyone who scans it lands on your page, where they can see your upcoming events and follow you. Because it targets your site rather than a single game, one printed flyer keeps working night after night.
Give the QR code some quiet space around it and print it large enough to scan from across a room.
The editor is a free-form canvas: add text blocks, drop in images, place shapes, and set your background and colors however you like. Your work saves as you go, and the flyer exports as an image you can download, print, or upload to your socials.
An exported flyer can also live on your host site: add a Flyer section to your /h/ page and it shows your latest exported flyer automatically, so the poster on the wall and the one on your site stay the same design.
The studio keeps a list of your flyers so you can reopen and edit any of them later, or delete the ones you are done with. Re-editing a flyer for the next event beats starting over: swap the date and headline and export a fresh image.
The Flyer Studio is a Pro plan feature and above. Free and Starter hosts see the upgrade prompt when they open it.
Your plan sets how many flyers you can keep. If you hit the cap, delete an old one or upgrade to make room.
The QR code points at your host site, so keep that page's upcoming events current and one flyer stays useful across many nights.
