Data export lets you pull your hosting records off the platform whenever you want. Your games, persistent teams, custom questions, venues, contacts, and both sides of your books are all downloadable, one category at a time or all at once as a ZIP.
Your data is yours. Export is here so you always have a copy for your own records, for a spreadsheet, or to move into another tool, without asking anyone.
Seven categories are available: your games, your saved teams and their rosters, your custom questions, your venues, your contacts, your income entries, and your expense entries. Grab any single category on its own, or take everything in one bundle.
The formats list shows exactly which categories and file types your plan can export, so you can check before you download.
Text formats cover CSV, JSON, and XML. Rich formats cover Excel (XLSX), OpenDocument (ODS), and PDF. CSV is the safe choice for importing into another tool. JSON keeps the full structure for a developer. PDF gives you a readable printout with the key columns.
The everything bundle is a single ZIP with one file per category in the format you chose, plus a short README that records who exported it, when, and in which format.
Exports build and download on the spot. There is no queue to wait in and no email to check for a link: you click, the file streams back, and your browser saves it. Filenames include your account and the date so you can tell one export from the next.
Text exports (CSV, JSON, XML) are included on plans that allow data export, and you can also unlock them with a one-time Data Export Pass. The rich spreadsheet and PDF formats come with the higher plan that includes them; the one-time pass covers the text formats, not the rich ones.
The Data Export Pass is a single purchase that unlocks text exports for 30 days, which is enough to grab a full backup when you need one without changing your plan.
An empty category still exports cleanly: you get a valid file that simply reports zero rows, so an export never fails just because you have not used a feature yet.
This export covers your host business data. A separate personal-data export exists for your own account privacy request and covers your player activity across the platform.
