🏆 Glory Points

One season-long score that follows you across every game mode.

Glory Points (GP) are the platform's running scoreboard. In-game points decide who wins a single game; GP is the bigger picture, tracking how you stack up across trivia, karaoke, sports picks, and tournaments on one global leaderboard.

You earn GP automatically when a game or session finishes. There's nothing to claim and nothing to spend. It's a reputation score, not a currency.

What earns you points

Showing up up to 45 GP

Earn 0.5 GP for every active minute you play, up to 45 GP for a full session.

You must log at least 3 graded actions (answers, picks, songs) to count.

How you did up to 60 GP

Scored against the night's top score. Match the leader and you bank the full 60 GP; finish at half their score and you bank about half.

Where you placed up to 75 GP

A top-three bonus (1st 50, 2nd 30, 3rd 20 GP) that grows with the size of the field, up to 1.5x in a packed room.

Only counts with 3 or more players. Solo and head-to-head games pay no placement.

Win streak up to 25 GP

Winners earn 5 GP per game in a streak, up to 25 GP at 5 straight wins.

Top finish only.

Hosting a session up to 30 GP

Run a completed game, karaoke night, or sports session as the host and earn a flat 30 GP.

Needs at least 15 minutes of play and 3 or more participants to count.

Tournament finish up to 200 GP

A tournament's final standings pay a bonus on top of each match's own Glory: champion 200, runner-up 100, semifinalist 50 GP.

Awarded once per tournament, when it completes.

What a game pays

  • A winner of a full, well-attended game lands around 150 GP.
  • A mid-pack finish is around 80 GP.
  • Just playing through to the end is around 50 GP.
  • The most one game can pay is 205 GP. Hosting bonuses and tournament finishing bonuses are separate, per-session and per-tournament awards on top of that per-game ceiling, not part of it.

Keeping it fair

  • Idling doesn't pay. If you log fewer than 3 graded actions, you earn no participation GP, so a quiet teammate can't coast on the team's result.
  • Placement needs a real field. With fewer than 3 players there's no placement bonus, so you can't farm GP in an empty room.
  • Guests don't earn GP. You need a signed-in account for awards to stick.
  • Practice games and very short sessions pay nothing, and each game pays out once, so a replay or a retry can't double your GP.

Seasons

Your all-time Glory total never resets. A separate season total wipes clean four times a year, on the solstices and equinoxes, so every season is a fresh race.

🌏 Same reset date the world over. The season just flips names south of the equator, so play from Sydney or Buenos Aires and you're on the same clock as everyone else, chasing the same fresh race.

Teams & the record

If you play on a saved team, your GP also adds to the team's total and season scores, so teams climb the leaderboard together.

Every award is logged with its full breakdown (showing up, performance, placement, streak), so if you ever wonder why a game paid what it did, the math is on the record.
